Paris Mary-Josephine "Paris" Berelc is an American actress, model and gymnast. She portrayed Alexa Mendoza on the upcoming Netflix live-action series, Alexa & Katie.
Biography[]
She was born on December 29th, 1998 on Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her mother is from Philippines, and her father is half British. She has three siblings: Bless, Jolie and Skye.
Career[]
Paris Berelc was discovered by Ford Models at the age of nine and was featured in hundreds of ads from Kohl's, Boston Store, Sears, and K-mart, as well as numbers of signage/posters in stores. She appeared on the cover of the American Girl magazine for their November/December Issue of 2009. In 2010, at the age of twelve, Paris took her first acting classes at the Acting Studio Chicago. Two years after, Berelc's parents decided to take her to Los Angeles to try acting professionally. She began her professional acting career in 2013, at the age of fourteen.
In 2013, Berelc starred in the Disney XD series, Mighty Med along with co-stars Jake Short and Bradley Steven Perry.
In April 2017, Berelc was cast in the co-lead role of Alexa in Alexa & Katie, a forthcoming multi-camera Netflix Original comedy series.[1]
