Frances is the woman at the video store which Alexa and Katie go to in [1]. She is an old lady who seems to not particularly like anything new or anything that changes. She appears as a sweet older lady, but is rather crazy and cannot handle change. She plays Katie by thinking Joe is a horrible person who robbed her, but once they get there, their perspectives change completely.
