About the series
Alexa and Katie is a series that was released on Netflix in 2018. It stars best friends Alexa and Katie (portrayed by Paris Berelc and Isabel May, respectively) as they enter their high school years. Unfortunately, things are not going to be normal for this best friend duo when Alexa is diagnosed with Leukemia (a type of cancer). The pair go through health problems, fights, jealousy, and so much more. But nothing, nothing can pull apart these two apart.
